Handyman

Established London Handyman Company is looking for a handyman for general building maintenance work in London. We are seeking enthusiastic candidates who have a good base knowledge of various skills including plastering, hanging doors, installing locks, painting and decorating, tiling, basic electrical maintenance, vinyl laying, easing and adjusting windows. Work would include carpentry, plumbing, tiling, flooring, etc. for domestic and commercial clients. We are looking for someone who is experienced, honest and reliable. Transportation and tools are provided. Flexible working hours. A great opportunity for a candidate who is looking for a permanent multi skilled position in London.

Carpenter

We are looking to recruit a carpenter for our property maintenance team. Ideal candidate should have experience in cabinetry, staircases, fenestration, skirting, architraves and kitchen fitting. Duties will include constructing, erecting, installing and repairing structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard, installing ironmongery, using carpenters hand tools and power tools. Must be able to produce work to very high standards and have flexible approach. All work based in London could be out of usual hours and weekends.

Painter and Decorator

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced painter and decorator to join our London property maintenance team on a full time basis. This role will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and redecoration works to commercial and domestic properties in London. Working directly from schematics and work orders the painter and decorator must be able to self motivate and complete works within specified time requirements. Previous professional painting and decoration experience is essential. Previous experience and skills should include but not be limited to: preparation and cleaning of surfaces including anti fungal treatment; sanding, filling and plastering; painting and wallpapering. Excellent rates of pay and good opportunities to earn. Must have PPE and Tools.
